Wow. What a week. We came off a solid week each having a new PR in the 5k, going long Sunday, super-speed on Monday, hard tempo on Tuesday, long Wednesday and another 5k race on Thursday... then a couple long easies... nonetheless, lots of hard work that should sink into our legs just before Nationals!
