BASE | PHASE 3 | Week 6 of 10 | 63.2mi

Last week's 80+ miles really wore on our legs, especially after USATF Nationals, so we dropped the mileage to 63 but we had two brutal, but beneficial, hill workouts... we'll pop back up to 75 next week.
