Right knee felt a bit tweaked all week, felling better toward end. Range of motion improving.
We ran 75.6 miles in six days, drove to Charlotte on Friday afternoon, the seventh day (Saturday) we were in Charlotte at the US Distance Summit, so time was limited and we ran a nice morning run.
Felt good on Saturday, nice to end a long week feeling good!!!
