Lisa: Fever finally came down around 6:15 this morning.  Did not run in the AM to wait and see if it stayed down. Got out around 12:30 for a 4 mile easy run to get back into the swing of things.  Felt good to be out but had major stomach cramps the entire run.  Who cares though because its better than laying in bed. Hopefully will continue to feel better.
