It poured snow all night long again. Roads were a mess and we chose a very hilly route (terrible idea). Lisa fell 2.3 miles into the run, scrapped her elbow and knee. We are racing in USATF Club Nationals tomorrow so we decided enough of the snow covered hills and walked home. The conditions were dangerous and beating up our legs. Needless to say this run did not make my my list of top 10 runs
