We jumped in with the HS team on this one. They are at a totally different point in training than we are, so the shorter rest really hit hard. Plus I blew the workout in the first two 800s running way faster than I needed to, oh well... good workout.
It was actually set up like this: 2:50 on, 1:00 off, 2:50 on, 2:00 off times 3... so I was running more than 800 each time, but I kept the time at the 800 mark.
