RACE: Skeleton Run 5k

I ran out with David Leonard, who I knew was fast, and I got caught up in his pace for the first mile... I felt that it was slightly too fast for how I felt... the first mile was 4:42, which I've done before, but it felt fast today... we shared the lead until the 2mi mark... I tried to make asolid pass on an uphill and wasted lots of energy... he gapped me just after the 2mi and I never made it up. Third mile felt tough, just not in sync with a rhythm, turnover didn't feel great.
