Beastly workout. And at 5AM?! I've been doing funky stuff with the team. Pete does a good job of taking the two workouts I introduced to you (long boring tempo and repeats at a faster-than-race pace) and tweaking them a little bit to make it interesting.

I actually prefer doing the same thing every few weeks as a benchmark so I think I'll do this one later in the week.
