Lisa was purposely led off the course in a plot by the other favored couple Eric Ashton and his wife Kathryn Ashton. Lisa had a dominant lead at the mile, possibly 30 seconds ahead of Kathryn. Meanwhile, one of the runners in my lead pack talked with Eric Ashton, after I broke away with a strong lead, and fell back to mislead Lisa. Kathryn could have yelled to Lisa to inform her she was off course, but she did not. The runner who mislead Lisa had run this race multiple times and run many other races with the Ashton duo, so it is no coincidence that this happened. Kathryn Ashton plotted and cheated to win a small town race, completely classless.
