Ran @ Brecksville Station going south. Lisa set the pace, we ran a few miles around 6:30-6:50 pace, slowed down towards the end of the out, then back and forth between slow and fast on the back... finished around 7:10 pace. Lisa was brutally attacked by a wild animal (small flying, biting ant) that bit her ankle then flew into her mouth. She puked after the run and felt like crap for a while. Long runs are best eased into, however her early fairly strong pace for a 90 long and supposedly easy run made it tougher at the end. I felt good.
