Brandon and I went to the Kenston track to each run an all out 400m. Brandon ran first going out in 25+ and finishing in 52.64. I ran second going out in 24+ and finishing in 52.44. I felt great until 200m and then it was a real struggle to get anything out of my legs. Our legs will not soon forgive us for this one.
