THU: 1200 even goal mile pace, 300 timed

On pace at 400 (64), 800 (2:08) then fell off... I felt like I was speeding up, legs felt strong, but lost rhythm in last quarter, mostly from 800-1000. Lisa was 400 in 74, 800 in 2:28 then ran into the same issue as me. But we both felt good, strong. Between our 1200 and 300 Lisa successfully got us pulled over for running.  She claimed she could not hear the oncoming car (which happened to be a local policeman) because she was breathing too loud.  Way to go Lis!
