We did this in the back parking lot of Chagrin Falls Middle School. The pavement was a little slick and icy. Two turn 200. Our winter running crew did the workout with us, completing either 8 or 10 reps. First day since Sunday it has not been pouring snow. Sun was out but still only 23 degrees.
