THU: Solo Twilight Mile

The track is finally free of snow! We went to the HS track with the intentions of running a hard mile. The goal was to run an even pace, if not negative split the halves.

We ran this solo, calling out splits for each other. These times are pretty solid without any competition.

Clay Splits: 65, 67, 69, 67 (First 200 was 30, wayyy to fast)
Lisa Splits: 76, 80, 83, 79

Goal Pace: Even Pace. Stay within 5 seconds of previous mile time (4:26, 5:14).
