Training Begins!

Two weeks rest felt like an eternity, but we're back up and running. We went for a nice 70 minute trail run this morning and it felt great to get back on our feet.

We are currently determining our goals and perfecting our annual plan with high hopes of a strong peak and new PRs in the 1500, Mile and 5,000 next Spring. I'll post more new this week when we have made these determinations.
