Lisa an I helped out pacing the HS team for a time trial and a workout. My purpose was to lead the boys through a mile at 70 second quarter, 4:40 pace. I did my job leading one of our top runners to his personal best mile, 4:43. Lisa did her job leading our lone state qualifying girl through the remainder of the workout.
