WED: Recovery 35

Ran with the Middle School group. Antonio, Kathryn and I ran a comfortably paced loop from the school up to and around Frohring Meadows, cutting the loop at the entrance and going down to the shelter to pick up the trail again. It was an easy run for me, I was working at about 55-60%, I think the kids were working more around 65-70% which was a very nice run for the. We blew past the high school team on an "easy" run, maybe their pace was a little too "easy"!
